Subscription Refunds
Initial Subscription Purchase
We offer full refunds for new subscription purchases under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
- Usage Limit: You must have used 200 credits or fewer during this period
- Processing: A processing fee may be deducted from your refund amount
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Subscription Renewal Refunds
For automatic subscription renewals, we provide refunds under these conditions:
- No Credits Used: You have not used any credits during the renewed billing period
- Timeframe: Request must be made within 7 days of the renewal date
- Immediate Cancellation: Your subscription will be immediately cancelled upon refund approval
- Processing Fee: A small processing fee may be deducted
Note: If you have used any credits during the renewed period, the subscription is considered active and non-refundable.
Subscription Plans
Our subscription plans include:
- Monthly Plans: Plus ($49.9/month), Pro ($99.9/month), Enterprise ($199.9/month) - Credits expire after 1 month
- Yearly Plans: Plus ($450/year), Pro ($840/year), Enterprise ($1,560/year) - Credits expire after 12 months
- One-Time Plans: Plus ($59.9), Pro ($119.9), Enterprise ($239.9) - Credits valid for 10 years (120 months)
Credit Purchase Refunds
Partial Credit Refunds
For one-time credit purchases, we offer partial refunds based on usage:
- Eligible If: You have used less than 50% of the purchased credits
- Timeframe: Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Calculation: Refund amount = (Unused credits ÷ Total credits) × Purchase price - Processing fees
Example: If you purchased 5,990 credits for $59.9 (Plus One-Time plan) and used 2,000 credits, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining 3,990 credits, minus processing fees.
Credit Consumption Rates
Credits are consumed when using our AI image generation services:
- Nano1: 5 credits per image generation
- Nano1-Edit: 4 credits per image edit
- NanoPro4K: 24 credits per 4K image generation
Credit Package Refunds
- Unused Packages: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used
- Partially Used: Partial refund based on usage percentage (if less than 50% used)
- Fully Used: No refund available once 50% or more credits are consumed
Subscription Plan Changes
Downgrading Plans
If you wish to change from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan:

Annual to Monthly: If switching from annual to monthly billing, we will:
- Deduct one month's subscription fee at the monthly rate
- Deduct processing fees
- Refund the remaining prorated balance

Plan Tier Changes: When downgrading (e.g., from Pro to Plus):
- Refund the prorated difference for the remaining subscription period
- Change takes effect at the next billing cycle
- Unused credits from the higher tier may be forfeited
Upgrading Plans
- Immediate upgrade with prorated charges
- No refunds required as you're receiving enhanced service
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Credits
- Credits that have been more than 50% used
- Expired credits (based on your plan's expiration terms: Monthly = 1 month, Yearly = 12 months, One-Time = 10 years)
- Credits from promotional offers or gifts
- Bonus credits included with subscription plans
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions beyond the refund timeframe (7 days for new, 7 days for renewals)
- Subscriptions where more than 200 credits have been used
- Already-used subscription periods
- One-Time plan purchases after 14 days
Fees and Other Items
- Payment processing fees
- Third-party service fees (Stripe, Creem)
- Generated image storage fees
- Account management fees
Violations
- Refunds will not be provided if your account was terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

- Account Email: The email address associated with your NanoBanana4K.com account
- Order/Transaction ID: Found in your payment confirmation email or account dashboard
- Reason for Refund: Brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Purchase Date: Date of the original transaction
- Credits Used: Approximate number of credits used (for credit purchase refunds)
Processing Time
- Review: We will review your refund request within 2-3 business days
- Approval: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Arrival: Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- If the original payment method is no longer available, please inform us when submitting your request
- We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods than the original purchase
- Note: One-Time plans purchased with CNY (Chinese Yuan) are not supported, and refunds for such purchases will be processed in the original currency

Technical Issues
If you experienced technical issues that prevented you from using NanoBanana4K.com services:
- Document the issue with screenshots or error messages

- We may offer credits, extended subscription, or refunds based on the severity and duration of the issue
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

- We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors promptly
Duplicate Charges
- Report duplicate charges within 30 days
- Full refund for verified duplicate charges

Chargeback Consequences

- We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
